We are excited to invite you to Our Common Fire 2025! This will be a powerful time for all members and member churches of the Native American Fellowship to come together for encouragement, connection, and worship of Jesus—united in spirit and truth. Save your spot today!
As we prepare for this special gathering, we also want to share an important update regarding the future of Native American Fellowship.
Strengthening for the Next Generation
Through ongoing conversations with Native American ministers and leaders in U.S. Missions, it has become clear that for Native American Fellowship to flourish in its work, we must move toward greater financial self-sustainability. This shift will allow us to function with more autonomy—similar to how Districts and Networks within the Assemblies of God operate—while still remaining within the broader AG family.
We’ve recently been informed that U.S. Missions is making cuts to missions accounts of Native American ministers who are nationally appointed. This change highlights the urgent need for Native American Fellowship to build stronger operational and administrative foundations—not just for the present, but for future generations.
This strengthening will enable us to:
Support Native ministers called to bring the gospel to the indigenous nations of North America.
Strengthen our 100% Native-led network that raises and sends leaders from within.
Develop a financial engine that fuels ministry work in diverse contexts of the 673 indigenous nations of North America.
Use community-specific measurements of success that honor the unique identity and calling to each indigenous nation of North America.
We know the health of our community churches varies—some are thriving, others are plateaued or declining. But there is a growing hunger from communities seeking support in discipleship and navigating cultural matters in a biblical and distinctly Native way—something Intercultural Ministries is not equipped to provide.
How You Can Help
To make this vision a reality, we need both your financial support and your faithful prayers.
We’re asking individuals and churches to sow into this work—not only financially, but also spiritually—so we can sustain and strengthen the vital ministries happening within our Native American Fellowship.
Please join us in prayer for:
Wisdom and clarity as we build stronger leadership and systems
Provision for our Native ministers and churches
A fresh move of the Holy Spirit among indigenous communities
You can give today by visiting our website. Whether it’s a one-time gift, becoming a monthly partner, or faithfully covering us in prayer, your support matters.
Together, We Rise
We believe Native American Fellowship is being called to encourage, equip, and empower Native ministers and churches in communities like never before. God is raising up a generation to answer the call—and we will rise to meet it with faith, wisdom, and unity.
As we continue to walk in this calling, I also ask for your prayers as, next week, I spend time among the Shinnecock people on the east end of Long Island, NY. I’ve been invited to participate in a cultural cultivation activity where we’ll be making a burn-out canoe that will become part of their cultural center. We’ll also test the canoe in the ocean to ensure it floats—blending tradition, culture, and community in a way that opens the door for connection and the love of Christ.
Let’s come together at Our Common Fire 2025 in Raynham, NC, and let’s move forward together in strength and purpose.
We can’t wait to see you there!
